What sets them apart? Their patented steel-frame modular system, which enables them to construct architect-designed homes, semi-custom residences, multi-unit communities, and shelters faster and more cost-effectively than traditional construction methods.

Meeting Growing Demand

“With increasing demand for the Connect Homes suite of housing innovations, we have reached our capacity limit in our current San Bernardino factory and now is the time to grow our manufacturing base with a second state-of-the-art factory in Mesa that gives us the space to build and supply the next generation of housing,” said Deborah Casper, CEO of Connect Homes.

This expansion not only allows Connect Homes to accommodate the surging interest in their housing solutions but also positions them as a vital player in addressing the acute housing shortage in California, Arizona, and beyond.

State-of-the-Art Manufacturing

The upcoming Arizona factory is poised to be a game-changer, capable of producing up to 5,000 square feet of housing per week. This remarkable capacity represents a significant leap from the company’s San Bernardino facility and showcases Connect Homes’ commitment to meeting the growing demand for innovative homebuilding projects.

Moreover, the new factory will be approximately three times larger than the existing one, reflecting the company’s ambitious plans for growth and development. This expansion also translates into tangible benefits for the local economy, as it is expected to create over 90 jobs in the Mesa area, contributing to the region’s economic prosperity.

Serving the Mountain West Region

Connect Homes’ decision to open this state-of-the-art factory in Mesa signifies their dedication to serving the Mountain West region with their precision-engineered modular housing solutions. This expansion not only allows them to better serve customers in Arizona but also positions them strategically to cater to the housing needs of the broader Mountain West area.

Connect Homes’ announcement of their new factory in Mesa, Arizona, is not just a significant milestone for the company, but a promising development for the prefab housing industry as a whole. With their advanced modular technology and commitment to innovation, they are poised to make an even more substantial impact on addressing the housing shortage in the Western United States. As we await the factory’s grand opening in Q1 2024, it’s clear that Connect Homes is on the path to transforming the way we think about and create modern, affordable, and sustainable housing solutions.
