I have just discovered the modular home industry’s first and only national spokesperson!
Her name is Sarah Smith and along with Mandii Green, they have been writing and producing some great videos for Blue Ridge Log Cabins in South Carolina. They have been doing this for about a year and have quite a following but now it’s time for the rest of the modular home factories to tap into what these two young women are doing. PFS CorporationSarah is the “on camera” face and Mandii is the “behind the scenes” genius. Between them they produce in-house videos for people buying a Blue Ridge Log Cabin including videos in the factory and at the job site.
They have so much fun doing this and it shows in every video.
Prying them away from just doing Blue Ridge videos and having them step forward and be the voices for the entire modular housing industry might be tough. First, Chip Smith, the owner of Blue Ridge may not want to give up two such valuable gems and secondly since there is no active organization for the modular home industry; who could possibly invite Sarah to be the national spokesperson?
In the meantime, just visit Sarah’s site and enjoy her continuing work with Blue Ridge.

Great post. The modular and log housing industries could really benefit from giving Sarah more attention. Spread the word.
Loved it! However it would be even greater if they paid greater detail to safety. the workers need hard hats, eye protection, teethered, etc. just basic stuff.

It's refreshing to see a company that is willing to show how they build their homes.. and on top of that they have the home up in one day!?! Keep it up Sarah!!! You're fun to watch 🙂
