Sustainability and nature protection are a must in modern construction. To build a high-quality and almost fully recyclable building, ECOLIT Building Contracting uses eco-friendly materials that not only facilitate the construction process but also minimize any negative impact on the environment. Our mission is to pursue a comprehensive approach that integrates the ecological, economic, and social senses and develop our green construction technology across the world.

ECOLIT cement and concrete are produced from raw materials such as limestone, aggregates, gravel, and sand. The raw materials are sourced from quarries, sand, and gravel pits by using digital methods of mapping and analysis. In addition to natural raw materials such as limestone and pozzolan, the production of cement with reduced residue content can include alternative components such as fly ash from power plants or granulated slag from steel manufacturing. The alternative raw materials are combined with the natural raw materials to ensure that they meet our high-quality standards. Examples of such materials include metalworks sand, sludge from processing potable water supplies, and calcined limestone from soda production. We try to minimize the impact on nature and biodiversity during quarry projects, we also make an effort to keep the area required for our work as small as possible.

At ECOLIT, we follow the principles of the circular economy and responsibly to manage the waste produced in our business units. We carefully sort the materials generated during manufacturing and send them to certified disposal companies. Most of the substances produced during the manufacturing process are recycled and used as raw materials in other production cycles to create new products. Therefore, our cement and concrete are eco-friendly and don’t harm the environment.

Fully environmental “green steel” is also one of ECOLIT’s building materials that is used for all structures. We are making great steps towards a sustainable future of steel framing construction. Choosing steel is the greenest solution to developing a sustainable future and preventing climate change.

Using green steel in construction contributes to achieving decarbonization goals for the future. With our steel manufacturing, we apply an approach of evaluating the sustainability on circular economy strategies that quantify projected material consumption and recycling. The extensive expertise, highest operational standards, and use of 80% renewable energy with further reduction plans that ECOLIT has been working on for years allow us to reduce the carbon footprint of our steel products to a net zero.

Why is our steel considered green and why is it the best solution to be used in construction in 2024?

1. Our green steel is appealing to the green building rating system, which is based on five categories: siting, water conservation, energy, materials, and indoor environmental quality. It increases the effectiveness of energy, water, and material usage in buildings and sites.

2. Reducing the negative effects of buildings on human health and the environment that can be achieved by improving the location, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and removal processes throughout the entire lifespan of the building.

3. The steel is produced in facilities that use basic oxygen furnace technology, which exceeds the 5% and 10% targets for recycled content value.

As a result, steel is the most recycled material, as it can be recycled back into another steel product regardless of its origin. Whether it comes from the basic oxygen furnace or the electronic arc furnace process, steel with a high percentage of recycled content is as good as steel with a lower percentage. The recycled content of electronic arc furnace steel depends on the energy savings from the basic oxygen furnace process.

At present, our company is rapidly developing the manufacturing of sustainable products and building a worldwide partner network. The goal for the next few years is to expand our production and launch production units in each city that has a population of over 1 million people. Therefore, we are actively growing our production, and now we are supplying equipment, a certification system, and a system for the insulation of buildings with lightweight foam concrete.

We have a unique lightweight concrete technology that we have developed for the past several years and on which our manufacturing is based. Our equipment can produce any type of concrete that is necessary for insulation. Moreover, they are mobile and easy to launch production.

ECOLIT concrete machine can be used for:

– external wall insulation.

– floor slab isolation and screed.

– rooftop infilling.

Advantages of using the ECOLIT equipment:

1. The ECOLIT lightweight concrete DRY MIX is a unique powder that is used to make lightweight cellular concrete in-situ. The mortar is made from a set of components on-site, which, when mixed with water, becomes monolithic cellular concrete. It has a wide range of applications: filling of apertures and overlapping in light-gauge steel structures, erection floor screeds, flat roofing, road and pipe carpeting, and thermal and sound insulation elements.

2. 3 hours of fire resistance of the light gauge steel, which makes it safe and keeps the high sustainability ratio of LWS for the light gauge steel framing industry.

3. The lowest carbon zero effect and recyclable materials, which makes the steel green and safe for the environment.

Our company is currently developing partnerships around the world so that we can supply our kits worldwide. ECOLIT is already providing equipment and production in three states in the United States (New York, Texas, and California), in European countries (Germany, UK, Estonia), UAE, and Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines). We have already built thousands of buildings around the world, and the demand for construction with our technology is constantly growing.

If you are interested in a partnership with us and would like to learn more about the ECOLIT technology, feel free to contact me. We will always be happy to share the details with you and answer all your questions.
